F-3 visa is for husband/wife (legal married couple) or child (under the age of 18) of people who are in Korea under D-1 (artist) to an E-7 (Specially Designated Profession) visa. (D3 visa holders are excluded)

 

A single-entry visa with less than a year of validity can be issued for foreigners who plan to marry registered alien, and foreigners who plan to enter Korea with anyone who qualifies terms and conditions for D5 visa (Journalism Visa in Korea) and D8 visa (Korean Investment Visa).

1) Visa application form, passport, photo and fee

2) Family relation statement

- EX) Birth certificate, Merriage certificate or other relevant documents.

-For Chinese : Merriage certificate,Resident certification(居民身份证)

3) Financial statements

- EX) Tax payment certificate, Proof of employment
