E7 visa

○ Foreign laborer who engages in the field of occupation which is appointed by The Minister of Justice.

○ Foreign experts and skilled laborers must follow the rule and law of immigration and guide line of each occupations. 

General requirements

① Mater degree or higher on the relevant field of the occupation.

② Bachelor's degree on the relevant field of the occupation and 1 year of working experience (working experience after achievement of the degree)

③ More then 5 years of working experience on the relevant field of the occupation.

Special cases

① One year or more working experience at one of the world top 500 companies

② Bachelor's degree from one of the world top 200 universities.

③ Korean Master or Bachelor's degree

④ Recommendation letter from Korean organization or department

(Korea Communications Commission, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Employment and Labor, or etc.)

The maximum period of stay.

Generally one year of legal stay period is given (The maximum is 3 years for one time)
