Working visa in Korea

There are 85 types of occupation for E7 visa.
The Ministry of Justice has appointed these 85 job categories.
Only foreign people who'd like to engage in 85 job categories in Korea can apply for E7 visa.

Eligibility
Eligible Applicant: Foreigner who want to engage in occupations which are appointed or designated by the Ministry of Justice can apply for the E7 visa, only if the foreigner already got hired and signed official employment contract.

General Requirements
You need to satisfy any one of the following
– Achieved master degree or higher education degree with the relevant major with the occupation
– Achieved bachelor degree and 1 year of career experience with the relevant major and field with the occupation
– At least 5 years of work experience in the relevant filed

What you need to prepare
– Labor/employment contract
– Business registration of the company
– Degree certificate (BS or MS or PhD)
– Career certificate = working experience certificate
– Any type of certificate or license to prove your special skills and acknowledgement .
– Documents regarding establishment of company (employer)
– Housing contract.

There are more additional documents to prepare to prove the necessity and reason of foreign employment.
Also recommendation letter from public organization and from the Ministry may be needed
Each occupation and type of business of the company might require different documents and eligibility for E7 visa.
