E7 visa is for foreign professionals

E7 visa is for professional experts foreigners who'd like to work at Korean organization or company. 
Those occupations for E7 visa are appointed by the Ministry of Justice.
Total occupations types are 85.
Only in 85 types of occupation, foreign experts can apply for E7 visa.
The first thing to prepare is to get employment contract with the employer.
Then foreign applicant for E7 visa must prepare his/her certificates such as career certificates and degree certificates to prove their special skills for the job.

E7 visa allows foreign people to stay in Korea and work in Korea.
So this visa is quite popular and basic working visa to be introduced for foreign people.
Specifically, there are 283 job titles available.

To hire foreign people with E7 visa, it is important to prove the reason and necessity of foreign employment. 
The employer must prove how the foreign laborer is important and how much benefit is expected from foreign laborer.

Insurance list is also one of documents to be prepared by the employer.
Only 1 foreigner can be hired for 5 domestic workers who have been hired more than 3 month.
It means that 20% of total Korean national laborer in company is the maximum number of foreign laborers to get hired.

After you get E7 visa, within 90 days from entry date in Korea, Alien registration card must be applied and issued. 
 Alien registration card is an identification.
With this card you can stay in Korea and prove yourself as legal foreign resident in Korea

Once you get rejected to obtain E7 visa.
