E7 visa eligibility

E7 visa is issued and can be given to foreigners who have qualified eligibility and plan to stay in Korea and build their career.

E7 visa called as designated activities or special activities

because this Korean working visa is issued only for certain categories of occupation.

There are total 85 of types of positions available.

Many Korean industries and companies have been working to find suitable and skilled foreign laborers

in order to build their strength for global market.

<E7 visa eligibility>

BS degree and 1 year of career experience.

MS degree or higher

5 years or more working experience.

Major for degree must be match with the occupation and field where the foreigner like to engage in.

Working experience also must be relevant too.

Degree and working experience are required to prove by certificate.

In order to hire foreign laborer, the company must have more than 5 Korean laborers.

The representative of the company need to prepare business registration document and standard labor contract form (official signed).

Once all the documents are well prepared, then appointment for visit to immigration office should be made in advance.

After application and submitting all documents, there will be about 2 weeks period of examination and confirmation process.

Lastly, alien registration card with new visa type (E7 visa) will be issued once the application got permitted.

IF the application gets REJECTED, re-application turns out to be extremely difficult.
