E7 visa from D2 visa

In order to get a job in Korea, foreign student must obtain E7 visa.

There are several type of working visa such as E6 visa for artistic activities, E9 visa for unprofessional field and E7 visa for special designated activities. 
Usually foreigners with Bachelor's degree go to E7 visa.

E7 visa is sponsored by the Korean company after the company decide hire foreign candidate and make a labor contract.
But there are some cases called "change status of staying" which is simply change the visa type to E7 visa from D2 (student) or D10 (job-seeking).

② The occupation must be listed for E7 visa designated occupation list 
and satisfy all requirements and condition.

③ Official signed Labor contract is mandatory.

The immigration office check whether the company is fraud and false industry or not.

Both of foreign applicant and employer are forced to satisfy each conditions and requirements.
