Korean working visa

Nowadays we find a lot client, mostly employer or HR team of company, brought their foreign candidate employee who has finished internship or degree.

E7 visa is the most common visa for foreign people to get in Korea as they can work and stay in Korea legally.

And it is the most complicate visa to earn too.

SInce the requirements of this visa divided as two part.

One part is for foreign applicant and the last part is for the company or employer

Must have BS degree and a year of career experience

OR

Must have Master degree

OR

Must have 5 years of career experience on the one area.

<For the company or employer>

More then five Korean national laborers have been working and must prepare insurance list to prove.

Must fill and submit the document called "고용사유서"-"purpose of employment" which states the necessity of foreign employment and why the company wants to hire foreign applicant.

The foreign applicant has BS degree on media field and also have a career experience as PD too

It was not hard to get E7 visa since she has good qualification. And the Korean company also helped a lot.

Many people think that they are qualified to obtain E7 visa.
