Foreign applicant comes from Japan and has experience on studying in Korean university finished her study with achieving BS degree on Korean language major.

And successfully matched with Korean company.

For foreign applicant with university degree from Korean university, major of degree and occupation for E7 visa, do not have to be related.

E7 visa requires education degree and career experience.

The work experience must be regular full time job and longer than 1 year.

If any foreign people finish their study MS degree or higher, carrier certificates no longer necessary.

Foreign graduates from Korean university are also eligible for E7 visa application without working experience.

E7 visa is also issued for those who have no degree only if you have 5 years of working experience on the same field.

E7 visa is called as designated or special activities.

The Ministry of Justice allows foreigners to get E7 visa only for total 85 types of filed where they can engage in.

Therefore if you'd like to get E7 visa, you need to check yourself for you education level and career status.

Then, you need to also confirm the occupation you are going to get whether it belongs to the E7 visa occupation or not.

The company should provide business registration, labor contract and other additional documents for E7 visa.
